①Liquid colour

Core Strengths: 

Excellent dispersion: Through the wetting and penetration of liquid polymers onto the pigments, surface treatment is achieved, the interfacial tension is reduced, and the compatibility of the pigments in the plastic is improved, resulting in better dispersion. 


Low addition amount: The dosage is only 5% - 20% of the color masterbatch, which is cost-effective. 


Anti-precipitation: The advanced gel technology and rheological process ensure that the pigments form a stable dispersion system in the liquid, preventing the occurrence of precipitation. 


Comprehensive color scheme: Includes five series: color (PX), pearlescent (PM), white (PB), black (PH), and function (PT), precisely meeting the requirements for different color and function combinations. 




Advantages of Use: 

Flexible ratio: For the color series, it is 0.2% - 0.8%. For the other series, it can be customized as needed. Higher concentration with less addition is more economical. 


Operation is convenient: Liquid form without drying process, no need for additional pre-treatment, and color-changing operation is simple. 


Equipment compatibility: Equipped with dedicated volumetric / weighing metering adding equipment and a high-speed premixer, enabling hundreds of cycles of stirring and pre-dispersion, eliminating stratification. 


Cost optimization: The material warehouse occupies less space, thereby reducing the overall production costs. 



Application scenario: 

General coloring: Customization of colors for various plastics such as food and beverage packaging, cosmetic packaging, and injection-molded components. 


Function stacking: It can be combined with various comprehensive applications such as UV resistance, oxygen absorption, ethanol removal, and anti-friction.

② Oxygen absorber

Core Strengths: 

Dual oxygen rejection: The oxygen-absorbing molecules form a protective layer on the bottle wall, actively absorbing the residual oxygen inside the package, while stretching the oxygen penetration path to delay the penetration of external oxygen, achieving dual protection both inside and outside. 


High-efficiency oxygen barrier: Oxygen permeability is reduced by 80% - 99%, significantly extending the shelf life of the product and preventing it from oxidizing and deteriorating prematurely. 


Efficient production: Supports automatic addition, no drying required before use, significantly reducing production costs. 




User Guide: 

Reference ratio: 1% - 3% (2% is the commonly used ratio), can be adjusted as needed. 


Applicable materials: Compatible with mainstream packaging materials such as PET and polyolefins.

③UV-Resistant 

Light-sensitive product protective shield 


Core Strengths: 

Strong UV protection: Blocks specific wavelengths of ultraviolet rays (Model UV370 blocks rays below 370nm, Model UV390 blocks rays below 390nm), preventing ultraviolet rays from penetrating the plastic packaging and preventing the products from undergoing photodegradation. 


Color function synergy: Customizable packaging colors, with colors that remain vibrant and fade-resistant, balancing protection performance with visual expression. 


Optimize cost: The protective effect is comparable to that of iron cans, but the cost is only 50% of that of iron cans. 


Key performance: 

Under outdoor natural light conditions, the content of VB6 in PET bottles with UV370 and ordinary PET bottles was tested. After 7 days of exposure to light, the concentration of VB6 in the ordinary PET bottles only remained at 10 μg/mL, while that in the PET bottles with UV370 still reached 192 μg/mL. The protective effect was obvious at a glance. 


Application scenario: 

Suitable for packaging of products that are sensitive to ultraviolet light, such as edible oils, fruit juices, cosmetics, and medicines. 




④ Acetaldehyde Scavenger 
Dehydrogenation Odor Removal Solution

Root cause odor removal: Through an irreversible chemical reaction with the acetaldehyde in the packaging, stable non-migratory compounds are formed, achieving the effect of removing acetaldehyde. It does not merely mask or cover up the odor; it truly eliminates the "plastic odor" at its source. 


Compatibility design: Can be mixed with liquid color pigments for use, without affecting the packaging color and transparency, and is easy for enterprises to implement.

⑤ Anti-friction agent
